Warli art at Bordi
Now its time to get hold of those sunglasses and the beach slippers to head out to the beach town of Bordi with The Blueberry Trails. Stay at an old Parsi Bungalow converted into a guesthouse, enjoy delicious seafood, take a tour of the chickoo orchards there, check out local dams or head off for impromptu treks in the greens or catch a quiet sunset by the Dahanu beach! Also we Bordi is located in the Warli belt of Maharashtra, so we are visiting the local Warli artisan's workshop, where he gets to explain about his art form and we can also pick up paintings from him to take back home. The warli art session is included in the trip plan.
The trail is designed to help you relax, away from the city lights, catch up on that reading, play a game of scrabble or head off for soothing walks by the beach boulevard. So come away with us...
