Beach days at Kashid
Kashid a quaint little beach town on the Arabian sea in the Konkan region of Maharashtra. Known for its fascinating white sand beaches, emerald green seas, paddy fields, it makes for the perfect weekender! The decadent Konkani sea food is a must have during your stays in Kashid.
Located 5 mins from the Kashid beach, the bungalow is a self contained house with lush lawns. It is set in the thick of coconut and mango plantations and boasts of 5 rooms spread over 3 levels over looking into the lawn and the pool. The pool is 22”X28” affair, great for those who want to soak in and enjoy a poolside chat! The lawns and the greens that surround you are ideal for a long strolls.
The rooms on offer are 1 master-bedroom on the third floor of the house which has balconies on three ends and the others are the rooms on the first floor which have a dining area and a sit out area to them selves. The ground floor also has 2 bedrooms and proximity to the outdoors is its claim to fame.
The meals will be homecooked fare with veg and non veg options
The beach is a 10 minute walk with watersports as an option for those looking for a little action in non monsoons months. For those who want to just relax one can always head out for long strolls. Temples nearby are an attraction and a visit to the Phansad Sanctuary is included in the trip.
